1. Acceptance of Terms

KwikUPI is a product of RT Internet Services (a technology firm). By accessing or using KwikUPI ("the Product," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

KwikUPI provides software tools and APIs specifically designed to assist merchants in generating UPI payment utilities, such as QR codes and payment links, and tracking payment statuses for their own UPI IDs. We provide the technical bridge to monitor transaction statuses but do not interfere with the actual transfer of funds.

3. No Financial Services Disclaimer

The platform is NOT a payment gateway and does not process, store, or hold any user or customer funds. KwikUPI is not a bank, financial institution, or payment processor. Payments are made directly between the customer and the merchant using their respective UPI applications or payment providers.

4. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for:

The delivery, quality, and legality of their products and services.
Handling all customer refunds and cancellations.
Managing disputes with their customers.
Providing direct customer support for their business operations.

5. Third-Party Payment Services

All payment transactions are handled exclusively by third-party UPI applications and regulated payment providers. We are not a party to the financial transaction and have no control over the success or failure of payments within those third-party ecosystems.

6. Prohibited Businesses

The platform may not be used for any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

Phishing, scams, or fraudulent schemes.
Illegal gambling or betting services.
Adult services or products.
Sale of illegal substances or regulated items without proper licensing.

7. API Usage Rules

Users must adhere to our API usage guidelines. Abuse of the API, including exceeding rate limits or attempting to circumvent security measures, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or block access to the API if abusive behavior is detected.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if the platform is used for prohibited businesses, illegal activities, or in violation of these terms. Users may also terminate their account at any time by following the instructions on the platform.

9. Payment Status Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, payment status information relies on third-party data providers. We do not guarantee that the status information will be error-free, complete, or updated in real-time. Merchants should verify high-value transactions directly via their bank statements.

10. Limitation of Liability

KwikUPI and RT Internet Services shall not be held responsible for any financial losses, fraud, data breaches, or disputes arising between customers and merchants. Our liability is limited strictly to the software services provided, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
